Madal General Company Ltd

About us

A trading company built for a difficult market

01

Who we are

Madal General Company Limited is a registered trading and logistics company based in Juba, South Sudan. We are importers, distributors and contractors, working across several operating divisions under one company and one set of standards.

We operate alongside our sister companies in the petroleum sector, which gives us depth in fuel supply that few general traders in the country can match.

02

What we do

We supply goods and we deliver services. On the goods side that means fuel and petroleum, ICT and technology, vehicles and machinery, construction materials, agricultural inputs, food commodities and office supplies.

On the services side it means transport and logistics, humanitarian supply, cash distribution, mining support, construction, and mobile fuel delivery direct to site.

03

Where we work

Our base is Juba, at City Mall, Hai Malakia, with warehousing and a fuel depot in the city and a vehicle yard for stock we hold ourselves.

We deliver across South Sudan — Bor, Wau, Rumbek, Malakal, Torit and the counties beyond them — and source through regional corridors from Uganda, Kenya and beyond.

Company overview

Madal General Company Limited is a registered business entity based in Juba, South Sudan, operating in the general trading sector. We focus on the import, distribution, and onward supply of goods and commodities, bridging supply gaps in a market where demand for consumer products, construction materials, and essential commodities regularly exceeds local production capacity.

Our core operations centre on wholesale distribution and cross-border trade. By sourcing goods internationally and distributing them locally, we support businesses, retailers, NGOs, and institutions in accessing reliable supplies. Our trading portfolio spans food commodities, household goods, agricultural inputs, petroleum products, construction materials, and general merchandise — reflecting the breadth of what South Sudan's economy actually needs.

Operating in Juba places us within the country's main commercial hub, which allows for efficient logistics coordination and access to regional markets. We work in an environment marked by infrastructure limitations, currency fluctuation, and supply chain disruption. Our answer to that is planning, verified suppliers, and honest communication about what can be delivered and when.
